CARREN HUGHES

Hi

If you are visiting this site, you are probably suffering from what you believe to be a deeply private and potentially embarrassing condition. In reality, these types of conditions are common and highly treatable.

You’ve taken the first positive step by seeking help and I am here to share this journey with you as it is so unnecessary to suffer in silence.

I am passionate about changing lives and providing the right care and treatment to help you regain your confidence and your health.

As a mother of two young children, I can easily identify with the challenges you have faced pre and post-pregnancy and I can promise that if your condition is given early attention, any long term damage or suffering is potentially avoidable.

I studied BSc Physiotherapy at the University of Cape Town and graduated in 2001. Since that time, I have worked in a variety of Physiotherapy practises pursuing my passion in healthcare. I have always longed to work in Women's Health specifically and have now found my niche. Although this scope of practise is not widely known amongst the South African public, it is a very large part of Physiotherapy or Physiocal Therapy internationally. I would like to take South African Women's Healthcare to that level.

I love relaxing on weekends, spending time with my family and frineds, being active and providing the support and care that my patients need.

Please feel free to get in touch with me, I’m looking forward to working with you.

Carren
